Abstract: More and more attentions have been paid to Industry-University-Research Collaboration by our national governments at all levels, industries, universities and research institutes. However, there are a lot of relevant concepts on Industry-University-Research Collaboration in China currently, presenting an unclear and vague understanding of the phenomena. Based on the use of search tools, like Baidu and Google scholar, this paper discriminates relevant concepts on Industry-University-Research Collaboration, combining with the searching results from China Core Newspapers Full-text Database, China Doctor Dissertation Full-text Database and China Master Theses Full-text Database. Furthermore, the paper proposes a so-called “principal-accessorial paradigm” of Industry-University-Research Collaboration.

摘要： 产学研合作日益得到我国各级政府、产业界以及大学和科研院所的重视。但是，目前我国关于产学研合作的相关概念较多，且存在概念不清、认识模糊等现象。通过运用百度、Google学术搜索等工具，结合中国重要报纸全文数据库、中国博士学位论文全文数据库和中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库的搜索结果，对产学研合作的相关概念进行了辨析。在此基础上，给出了产学研合作的“主辅体范式”。
