Abstract: Whether it is "Science 2.0" or "Science II", scientists believe that science is undergoing a structural revolution. Karl Miller, a professor of Steinbeis Transfer Center New Cybernetics in Vienna, proposed Second Order Science theory unifying science based on the second-order control theory and the cognitive point of view of biology on how individuals construct a "knowledge reality" , through introducing the observer's perspective into scientific research and depending on the reflection and re-entry to first-order science, which becomes a new trend of the research of philosophy of science.
摘要: 无论是“科学2.0”还是“科学II”,一些控制论与系统科学家们认为科学正在发生结构革命。而推动这一研究到达一个新高度的,则是维也纳史太白技术转移新控制论中心的卡尔?米勒教授,他以二阶控制论为基础,基于生物学个人如何构建一个“知识实在”的认知论点,将观察者视角引入提出科学研究,通过对一阶科学进行反思和重返,提出统一科学的二阶科学,成为科学哲学研究的一个新的进路。
