Evolution Mechanism of the Strategic Emerging Industries’ Innovation Network from Technological Diffusion Perspective —Based on the New Energy Automobile Empirical Data from 2000 to 2015

战略性新兴产业创新网络的演化机理分析 ——基于中国2000-2015年新能源汽车产业的实证

Abstract: The development of strategic emerging industries has become one of the critical driving forces to accelerate China's economic growth. Based on the perspective of technology diffusion, this paper discusses the characteristics of the development of strategic emerging industries, introduces technological innovation capability and technology similarity, and analyzes the formation process and evolution mechanism of strategic emerging industries’ innovation network. Then the evolution model is constructed and simulated based on the preferential mechanism. The results show that: the evolution of strategic emerging industries’ innovation network take on the “edge - multi-core” hybrid structure; with the expansion of the scale of the innovation network, the average path length of the network is gradually shortened while the clustering coefficient is gradually increasing, so the efficiency of information and technology are improved. Finally, using the data of Chinese new energy automobile from 2005 to 2015, this paper demonstrates the effectiveness of simulation model.

摘要: 发展战略性新兴产业已经成为加快我国经济增长的重要推动力之一。基于技术扩散视角,分析战略性新兴产业发展特性,引入技术创新能力与技术领域相似性属性,剖析战略性新兴产业创新网络的形成过程及演化机理。基于能力择优与相似性择优机制,构建二元属性创新网络演化模型,利用Matlab软件分别进行时间及空间演化仿真分析。结果表明:(1)战略性新兴产业创新网络在演化过程中逐步呈现衰减性的“边缘—多核型”混合结构;(2)随着创新网络规模的扩张,战略性新兴产业创新网络的平均路径长度逐步缩短,网络中技术、信息传播效率提升;(3)随着创新网络规模的扩张,战略性新兴产业创新网络的聚类系数增大,网络技术资源的凝聚效果增强,技术扩散效率提升。最后,通过对中国新能源汽车产业2000-2015年专利引用数据进行实证分析,验证了创新网络演化仿真设计的有效性。
