Abstract: In the trend of employing science, technology and innovation to drive social and economic developments, convergence research has been promoted as the new paradigm addressing grand societal and economic challenges in recent years. Based on literature review and pilot evaluation in Chinese Academy of Sciences, major characteristics of this new paradigm were analyzed in this article, which were foundation for the logic model to evaluation convergence research. Then the evaluation framework of convergence research was formed, which provided the theoretical and practical basis for future studies of convergence research. This evaluation framework was composed by four key modules as below: evaluating the effect of solving societal and economic challenges; evaluating the convergence effect of multiple disciplines; evaluating the convergence effect of diverse innovation activities; evaluating the convergence effect of different stakeholders. Moreover, some detail methods and techniques were included for each of the above four modules.

摘要： 在科技创新驱动经济社会发展的大趋势下，融合式研究成为以解决重大经济社会问题为目标的科研创新新范式。基于文献调研和中科院试点评估实践，本文对这种新范式的特点进行了分析，研究提出了融合式研究的评估逻辑模型，并在此基础上构建了包含四个关键方面的融合式研究评估框架：解决问题的效果评估、学科发展的融合程度评估、创新活动的融合程度评估、权益相关方的融合程度评估。对此四项关键内容，本文提出了一些评估的具体思路和方法，为进一步探索融合式研究的评估理论和实践提供了重要的研究基础。
