Abstract: The emergence of Web-based innovation platform makes knowledge is important to product innovation. This paper focuses on problems of knowledge security and prevention in product innovation and discusses some topics from basic understanding of knowledge security, occurrence mechanism and security demand, to the building, achievement and management of knowledge security control system in enterprises. The propose of this paper is to enhance information security to knowledge security of product innovation, and to help enterprises improve performance of product innovation in enterprises, provide effective platform for strengthening management of intellectual property, and upgrade management of enterprises knowledge.

摘要： 网络化创新平台的出现，使知识安全对于产品创新具有重要基础意义。针对企业产品创新的知识安全及防范问题，从基本的知识安全认识、发生机理、安全需求等问题出发，对企业知识安全控制系统的构建、实现及管理等问题做了深入的研究。研究的目的是把企业产品创新的信息安全提升到知识安全，为企业提高产品创新绩效、加强知识产权的管理提供了有效的支撑平台，同时也有助于提升企业知识管理的针对性。
