Abstract: The Collingridge’ dilemma is the dilemma of the social control of technology. Collingridge proposed a solution to this dilemma, which is changing decisions to the technology of corrigibility, controllability and flexibility. However, this solution that is out of technology construction network faces problems of controllers and knowledge, cannot predict and adjust technology effectively. The extended actor- network tries to control the technology inside of technology construction, by way of extending the control time cover the process of technology construction, extending heterogeneous actors and extending embedded, non- embedded and tacit knowledge and extending technology construction itself.

摘要： 科林格里奇困境是技术的社会控制困境。科林格里奇本人试图通过使技术具可改正性、可控制性和可选择性，通过改变技术决策来解决该困境。然而，该外在于技术的建构网络的解决方案面临着控制者和知识等方面的问题，难以有效地预测和调整技术。扩展的行动者网络试图将对技术的控制内化于技术建构的行动者网络中，将对技术进行控制的时间覆盖技术建构及其迭代建构的全部过程，通过不断扩展异质的行动者，扩展嵌入、非嵌入的编码以及意会知识，在扩展的技术建构中实现对技术的有效控制。
