新兴产业多重联动网络对知识流动网络影响机制

Effects of Multiple Interaction Networks on Knowledge Flow in Emerging Industry

摘要: 伴随组织间关系网络化、生态化、国际化的发展趋势,新兴产业知识流动影响机制研究亦需从聚焦二元组织距离向关注组织间联动网络转变。为此,本文基于全球创新生态系统视域,提出新兴产业竞争、合作、互补的多重联动网络对知识流动网络影响机制概念模型,并对2005-2016年间全球3D打印产业开展实证研究。研究发现,新兴产业邻近性竞争网络、嵌入式合作网络、生态位互补网络均对国际知识流动网络有显著正向影响,规模异质性网络正向调节邻近性竞争网络与国际知识流动网络之间的关系。

Abstract: Along with the development of inter-organizational networks and innovation ecosystems, the influential factors of knowledge flow in emerging industries have also been shifting from the binary organizational distances to inter-organizational networks. Therefore, from the view of global innovation ecosystem, this paper proposes a conceptual model of the effects of cooperation, competition and complementary networks on knowledge flow in an emerging industry. An empirical study of the global 3D printing industry is conducted based on the panel data from 2005 to 2016. The results show that the proximate competition network, embedded cooperation network and niche complementation network in an emerging industry enhance the international knowledge flow, and the scale-heterogeneity network positively moderates the relationship between proximate competition network and international knowledge flow network.
