技术引进还是合作研发———两种研发国际化模式的比较研究

Technology Import or Cooperative R&D:A Comparative Study of Modes of R&D Internationalization Mode of Chinese High-tech Industry

摘要: 本文通过高技术产业1995-2016年十三个细分行业的数据进行实证分析,探究技术引进和合作研发两种不同模式的R&D国际化对创新绩效的直接影响和滞后效应,并分析先验知识水平和人力资本两个吸收能力维度的中介效应。研究结果表明,合作研发型R&D国际化长期来看对技术创新绩效促进作用更显著;而技术引进型R&D国际化短期内对产品创新绩效提升作用明显,但对技术创新绩效的长期提升作用非常有限,说明直接的技术引进尽管将新产品引入了市场,但对产业技术水平难以有显著推动作用。在吸收能力中介作用过程中,先验知识水平在外部知识内化阶段作用更强,且对合作研发型和创新绩效的中介效应更显著;而人力资本在新知识创造阶段作用更明显,并且对技术引进型和创新绩效的中介效应更显著。

Abstract: Based on data of 13 high-tech industries between 1995 and 2016, this paper studied the direct and lagged effect of technology import and cooperative R&D on innovation performance, And studied the mediation effects of prior knowledge and human capital. Empirical results show that the effect of cooperative R&D on technology innovation performance is more significant in the long term.The effect of technology import on product innovation performance is more significant in the short term, but the effect of technology innovation performance in the long term is not significant.It shows that direct technology import promotes new product entering market, but it is difficulty to promote technology innovation.In terms of the mediation process, priori knowledge is more powerful during the process of internalizing external knowledge and more effective between cooperative R&D and innovation performance. On the other hand, human capital is more powerful during the process of generating new knowledge and is more effective between technology import and innovation performance.
