创新氛围与知识管理对创新绩效的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Innovation Climate and Knowledge Management on Innovation Performance ─From the perspective of internal collaborative network in New R & D Institutions

摘要: 新型研发机构作为自主经营、独立核算的科研性质机构,在国家的创新战略体系中占据重要地位,随着机构数量的增多,创新绩效提升成为了新型研发机构的发展重心。文章基于Citespace科学图谱的研究发现,新型研发机构创新绩效已逐渐成为研究热点,但实证研究较少,目前对从机构内部提升创新绩效的研究更是缺乏。本文以组织创新氛围、知识管理能力、内部协同网络为研究自变量,以创新绩效为因变量,以126份新型研发机构调研数据为基础,利用SPSS软件的回归分析和中介作用检验,对机构创新绩效的内部影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明,组织创新氛围、知识管理能力、内部协同网络对创新绩效均有显著的正向作用,且内部协同网络在其中表现出显著的中介效应。结合研究结论,提出三条建议:⑴明确机构对创新活动的考核和奖励机制,引导机构内部形成良好的创新氛围;⑵建设覆盖面更广的机构内部协同网络,鼓励多部门的协同创新合作,减少管理层级中的冗杂结构;⑶积极引入人才、资料等创新要素,建设网络工作平台,为机构提升知识管理能力提供有利条件。

Abstract: New R & D institutions as research institutions with independent operation and independent accounting occupies an important position in the national innovation strategic system. With the increasing number of the new R&D institutions, the innovation performance has become the key point of the high-quality development. According to the results of the Citespace scientific map, there are few empirical studies on the performance of new R&D institutions. Although new R&D institutions have gradually become one of the research hotspots on innovation performance, there are little empirical research, let alone the research of the internal paths to improve the innovation performance. Therefore, this article studies the internal influence factors and paths of the innovation performance by using the organizational innovation atmosphere, knowledge management capability, and internal collaborative network as the independent variables, innovation performance as the dependent variable. With 126 new research institutions' data, this article uses SPSS software to do the linear regression analysis and mediation test. The results show that the organizational innovation atmosphere, knowledge management ability, and internal collaborative network have significant positive effects on innovation performance, and the internal collaborative network has a significant mediating effect among them. Based on the research conclusions, this article puts forward three suggestions: (1) clarify the organization's assessment and reward mechanism for innovation activities to form a good innovation atmosphere in the organization; (2) build a wider coverage collaborative network within the organization. Encourage multi-department innovation cooperation and reduce the redundant structure at the management level; (3) Actively introduce innovative elements such as talents and materials, build a network work platform, and provides favorable internal and external conditions for institutions to improve their knowledge management capabilities.
