全球价值链下的企业颠覆性创新生态系统研究

A Disruptive Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem under Global Value Chain

摘要: 随着经济全球化的日益深化和复杂科技创新协同属性凸显,研究嵌入全球价值链情景下的企业颠覆性创新策略和机制意义重大。基于现实需求和研究缺口,首先从理论角度解析了颠覆性创新与企业创新生态系统的内在联系,并构建了全球价值链下的企业颠覆性创新生态系统模型。其次以OLED产业领导型企业——韩国三星显示为研究对象,重点探索其构建与塑造OLED全球价值链以整合全球创新要素、构建创新生态系统以推动OLED颠覆性创新及其商品化的策略和实践。结合绩效校验表明,核心技术平台、模块化创新策略、单/多核心企业价值链协同以及创新生态系统的治理机制,是三星显示成功实现OLED颠覆性创新及其商品化的重要因素。最后,针对我国OLED企业提升全球价值链竞争位势和构建颠覆性创新生态系统,提出了若干对策和建议。

Abstract: With the deepening of economic globalization and the synergy of complex scientific and technological innovation, it is of great significance to study the disruptive innovation strategies and mechanisms of enterprises embedded in the global value chain scenario. Based on the existing needs and research gaps, the theoretical analysis of the internal relationship between disruptive innovation and corporate innovation ecosystem is firstly conducted, and a model of corporate disruptive innovation ecosystem under the global value chain is constructed. Secondly, the leading company in the OLED industry, Samsung Display in Korea, is taken as the research object, and this article then focuses on its strategy to build and shape the OLED global value chain to integrate global innovation elements, and build an innovation ecosystem to promote OLED disruptive innovation as well as its commercialization. Combining market and technological innovation performances, it shows that Samsung Display's establishment of core technology platforms in the innovation ecosystem, embedded modular innovation strategies, and promotion of multi-core enterprise value chain synergy are important factors in successfully achieving OLED disruptive innovation and its commercialization. Finally, a series of countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to enhance the global value chain competition position of China's OLED companies and build a disruptive innovation ecosystem.
